1920's Thunderbird Pin Silver & Turquoise
Silver Thunderbird pin from early period of Southwest railroad jewelry. This type of jewelry would have been purchased by tourists traveling by train as a wearable token of their travels and Southwest experience.
Dated 1920's based on C clasp on back.
Features oval blue turquoise stone at center and has an excellent vintage patina.
Thunderbird represents "unlimited happiness" in Native American folklore
